Monica graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Business Management and Finance. Before beginning her career as a real estate agent, she held several leadership roles in the healthcare industry spanning 25 years. Whether a first-time homebuyer or seasoned investor, Monica uses a consultative approach that allows her to focus on client’s needs, budget parameters, and timeframes, while collaboratively sharing her knowledge and expertise to help enhance the client experience. When she isn't working, Monica enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, as well as pursuing her photography hobby. Monica speaks English and Spanish fluently.
